At Norco Trailer Spot, we provide clear, reliable, and transparent shipping for trailer orders across the United States.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible trailer orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.


1. Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping across the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

The price shown at checkout includes standard delivery. We do not charge hidden standard shipping fees.


2. Order Handling & Processing Time

All orders are reviewed and processed during business days.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before
2:00 PM (PT), Monday to Friday, will begin processing the same business day.

Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days
Processing Days: Monday – Friday
Business Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pacific Time
Closed: Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


3. Transit & Delivery Time

After processing, trailers are shipped through trusted freight or transport carriers.

Estimated Transit Time: 4–7 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days from order confirmation

Delivery times may vary depending on customer location, carrier availability, weather, traffic conditions, and route accessibility.


4. Shipping Coverage

Norco Trailer Spot ships to customers within the 48 contiguous United States only.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • P.O. boxes
  • International addresses

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.


5. Trailer Delivery Method

Trailer orders are delivered using professional trailer transport or freight carriers based on the trailer type, size, destination, and route availability.

Before delivery, the carrier may contact the customer to confirm delivery details and access requirements.


6. Delivery Site Requirements

To ensure safe delivery, customers must make sure the delivery location is accessible.

The delivery location should have:

  • Enough space for the carrier to enter, unload, and exit safely
  • A firm and accessible surface such as pavement, gravel, or compact ground
  • No blocked driveways, low-hanging wires, locked gates, or restricted access points
  • Someone available if delivery confirmation or inspection is required

If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to site restrictions, incorrect address details, or lack of access, additional delivery or rescheduling fees may apply.

Once your trailer has shipped, tracking or delivery update information will be sent by email when available.

8. Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your trailer at the time of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a visible issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.


9. Delivery Delays

While we work to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather, carrier scheduling, route limitations, traffic, or other logistics conditions.

If a delay occurs, Norco Trailer Spot will provide updates as soon as information is available.
