At Norco Trailer Spot, we want every customer to have a clear and transparent buying experience. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds are handled.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your trailer is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the trailer must be:
- In the same condition as delivered
- Unused beyond normal inspection
- Free from customer-caused damage, modifications, paint, or alterations
- Returned with any included accessories, documents, or parts where applicable
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both:
- Defective or incorrect items
- Non-defective items / change-of-mind returns
All returns must be approved by Norco Trailer Spot before return transport is arranged.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your trailer arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
After review, we may offer:
- Repair assistance
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Full refund
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, Norco Trailer Spot will cover the return shipping or pickup cost.
4. Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within the 30-day return window.
For change-of-mind returns:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping or freight pickup costs
- The trailer must be in original delivered condition
- The return must be approved before transport is scheduled
A 15% restocking fee may apply to change-of-mind returns to cover inspection, handling, and re-listing costs.
5. Return Method
Because trailers are large freight items, returns are handled by freight pickup or approved trailer transport.
Customers should not ship or return a trailer without written approval from Norco Trailer Spot.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and coordinate next steps.

Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm whether the return is approved and provide return instructions.
7. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the 30-day return window when eligible.
If you need a different trailer type, size, or model, contact us so we can review availability and help arrange the exchange.
Price differences, shipping costs, or applicable fees may apply depending on the replacement trailer and return reason.
8. Refund Processing Time & Method
Refunds are processed after the returned trailer has been received and inspected.
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Refund Processing Time: 7–10 business days after inspection
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund
Shipping or freight costs for change-of-mind returns are not refundable.
9. Refusal of Delivery
Please inspect your trailer at delivery.
If the trailer arrives visibly damaged or incorrect, you may refuse delivery before accepting it. Contact us immediately so we can review the issue and arrange the next step.
Approved refused deliveries due to damage or incorrect shipment may qualify for replacement or full refund.
10. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be denied if:
- The 30-day return window has passed
- The trailer has been damaged after delivery
- The trailer has been modified, painted, altered, or used improperly
- The customer cannot provide required order details
- The trailer was returned without prior approval
